Pungent cheese made from pure cow's milk, originating from Burgundy. Despite its strong aroma, this dessert cheese has a full, approachable flavor that is pleasantly piquant and spicy. The rind is rubbed with marc distillate. When properly matured, the cheese is spreadably soft and this is when it is at its best. Please note, limited availability. Is it sold out?
