Cancellation Policy for Orders
At Costa Cheese, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Because we work with fresh products and fast delivery (often same-day shipping for orders placed before 9:00 AM), the following cancellation conditions apply:
Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Due to the nature of our products (perishable goods), the right of withdrawal does not apply to delivered orders. This means that returns are not possible after delivery.
If there is an issue with the delivery or the quality of the products, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will work together to find a suitable solution.
Costa Cheese reserves the right to cancel orders in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as stock issues or logistical limitations. In such cases, the full purchase amount will be refunded.
